基层计划生育服务机构开展子宫内膜癌筛查可行性研究

Research on feasibility of developing endometrial cancer screening in diagnosis of family planning service agencies

目的探讨利用子宫内膜细胞采集器采集宫腔细胞涂片检查对子宫内膜癌筛查的可行性和应用价值。方法采用子宫内膜细胞采集器对1 000例妇科及计划生育科普查妇女直接采集子宫内膜细胞标本,对疑似子宫内膜癌患者进行组织诊刮病理检查。结果细胞学标本采集的满意率为97.6%(976/1000),疑似子宫内膜癌阳性率为0.8%(8/976),在疑似阳性结果中有75.0%(6/8)经病理学检查确诊为子宫内膜癌。结论通过子宫内膜细胞采集器采集宫腔细胞对子宫内膜癌进行筛查具有操作方便、取样成功率和准确性高、患者依从性好等特点,可在大面积妇科普查及体检中使用,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and application value of developing endometrial cancer screening in the diagnosis of family planning service agencies.Methods The endometrial cells of 1000 cases of woman by general survey in family planning and gynecology department were selected.The specimen with dysplasia suspected endometrial cancer was preceded by pathological examination.Results The satisfaction rate of specimen selected was 97.6%（976/1000）.The positive rate of suspected endometrial cancer was 0.8%（8/976） and 75.0%（6/8） were diagnosed as endometrial cancer.Conclusions Screening endometrial cancer by endometrial cell collector is easy to operate.The sampling success rate and accuracy rate are high.The compliance of patients is good.It can be used in gynecological screening and physical examination and is worth for generalization.
