摘要 水电工程具有涉及面广,环境影响范围大,影响因素众多等特点,工程的实际环境影响往往与项目环境影响评价的预测存在着一定的差距。因此,开展水电工程环境影响后评价,评价工程运行对区域环境的实际影响,提出补救方案或措施,对实现工程建设与环境的协调发展具有重要的作用。目前,水电工程环境影响后评价方面的研究较少,缺乏一套完整的后评价指标体系及评价方法。在大量调研和查阅资料的基础上,针对水电工程特点,构建了一套后评价指标体系,为后续研究提供参考和借鉴。 Hydropower project is characterized by huge environmental impact scope, all kinds of influencing factors and involved ex-tensive fields. There are differences between the actual environmental impact and the prediction in the environmental impact state-ment. So the environmental impact post-assessment for hydropower project plays an important role in harmonious development of the project construction and environment, estimating the actual environmental impact on regional environment of project operation and put forward corresponding remedial schemes and measures. At present, there is little study on environmental impact post-assessment for hydropower project. Neither a set of index system nor assessment method is available. According to the characteristics of hydro- power projects, a set of index system of environmental impact post-assessment is built to give a reference for further research based on investigation and consulting data.
