摘要
通过花粉管通道介导玉米、稗草总DNA导入4个冬小麦品种(系)9411,955159,96266,鲁麦21中,研究外源DNA导入对转基因D1代种子萌发和植株生长的影响。结果表明:各受体的转基因D1代T1(导入玉米DNA)、T2(导入稗草DNA)处理的种子发芽势和发芽率与对照ck相比呈显著或极显著降低,而T1和T2间无显著差异;以冬小麦9411和鲁麦21为受体的T1株高和ck相比差异极显著,而T2株高与ck间差异不显著;96266为受体的T1处理的第1节间长与对照相比差异显著;9411 T1和T2处理穗长与ck相比差异均达到极显著水平。
The total DNA of maize and barnyard grass was respectively introduced into 4 winter wheat varieties (lines) wheat 9411,955159,96266,Lumai 21 mediated by pollen tube pathway. The influence of exogenous DNA on seeds germination and growth of transgenic D1 was studied in this research. The results were as follows:compared with ck, seeds germination potential and germination rate of transgenic generation D1 for T1 and T2 treatments which was introduced into maize DNA and barnyard grass DNA respectively showed significant or extremely significant decrease and no significant difference between them. Plant height of T1 had remarkable difference compared with ck ,while T2 had no significant difference with ck when 9411 and Lu mai 21 being as receptors. The length of the first internode of T1 for 96266 had significant difference compared with ck. The difference of ear length reached extremely significant level between T1 for 96266 and with ck, and also between T2 treatment for 9411 and its relative ck.
