Cause Analysis and Countermeasure of Automobile Bumper Film Bubble

借助电子显微镜、红外光谱仪、EDS和SEM等精密仪器对一次汽车保险杠涂膜气泡质量问题进行了研究分析,制定并实施了相应对策,很好地解决了问题,并通过两年来的生产跟踪,验证了质量问题并无再发。

The quality of automobile bumper film bubble was analyzed by some precision instruments such as TEM, FT-IR, EDS and SEM. Correspondence measures were established and the problems were resolved. By two years production tracking, it is confirmed that the quality problems has never occurred.
