摘要
阐述了通风机动叶片自动调节系统的工作原理,针对煤矿轴流风机完成其动叶片自动调节系统的设计计算及选型,设计了此系统的液压盘闸控制系统、动叶片角度调节控制系统和角度调节的执行机构。对轴流风机动叶调节机构主要关键部分进行了较为精确的强度校核,保证了所设计通风机的安全性,具有较强的实用价值。
The working principle of the blade angle automatic regulating system has been introduced,and the design and calculation of the system based on the axial-flow fan used in mine have been finished.This system mainly contains two parts,that is,the hydraulic disk brake control system and the angle adjusting control system.Besides,it supplies a set of actuating mechanism for this system.An accurate strength checking for the primary parts of the system has been made,which ensures the ventilator’s safety.In short,it has important value of engineering applications.
