用于检测机械设备疲劳裂纹的传感器设计

摘要 对机械设备进行安检时,只需做定性分析。以传感器的灵敏度作为第一要素设计一种电涡流传感器,从理论推导出矩形线圈对称轴上任一点的磁场分布,提出线圈边长比的概念。分析了矩形线圈边长比对灵敏度、线性范围的影响。得出矩形线圈横截面合适的尺寸。 The security of coal mine machinery,you just need to do a qualitative analysis.The sensitivity of the sensor as the first element of the design of an eddy current sensor,we made a theoretical derivation of magnetic field distribution at any point in the symmetry axis of rectangular column coils,and proposed the concept of side ratio of coil.We also analyzed the influence of side ratio of coil on sensitivity and linear range.We tested and verified the theoretical model through experiments and got the proper size of radial cross section of rectangular eddy current sensor.
