摘要
利用ANSYS对带式输送机在平稳工作状态下的输送带和托辊进行了建模,并在此基础上对输送带的垂度进行了分析和仿真。平运带和上运带2种带式输送机的仿真结果表明,输送带的垂度和输送带的拉力有着很大的关联,对防止输送带打滑有着重要的参考意义。
The model for steady work of the belt conveyor is built with ANSYS,based on which,the sag of the belt convcyor with steady work is simulated by ANSYS.Simulation results of the upward belt conveyor and the horizontal belt conveyor show that the belt sag and the tension of the belt has a great relevance,and it has important value to prevent the belt slipping.
