摘要
为了在使用数控雕刻机加工时有效提高刀具寿命和加工质量,针对精雕雕刻机主轴的动态特性,采用了试验模态分析方法,分析了雕刻机的主轴系统的固有频率和模态振型,得到了该主轴系统在设计转速内的6阶模态,为加工时工艺参数选取提供了依据。
In order to improve the mechanical process quantity and usage life when operating the CNC engraving machine,aimed at the dynamic character of machine spindle,hereby the article takes the experimental modal analysis methodology.Analyzed the natural frequency and vibration mode of CNC engraving machine spindle system,the article concludes the six-order mode of the spindle system within the designed rotational speed,and provide the basis for the mechanical process parameters selected.
