摘要
为了提高Buck变换器的本质安全性能,将三电平技术应用于Buck变换器。分析了Buck三电平变换器(Buck TL)的纹波特性和本安性能,得出在相同电路参数下,Buck三电平变换器的电感电流纹波至少减小至传统Buck变换器的1/2,输出电压纹波至少减小至1/4,且在占空比D=0.5时极小;在相同纹波要求时,Buck三电平变换器所需的滤波电感至少减小1/2,滤波电容减小1/2,从而输出短路时释放的最大能量减小,输出本安性能显著提高。通过Saber仿真和实验验证理论分析的正确性。
In order to improve the intrinsically safe properties in the Buck converter,three-level technology was applied to the Buck converter.Analyzed the ripple current and ripple voltage characteristics and the intrinsically safe properties of the Buck three-level converter.With the same circuit parameters as the Buck converter,the ripple current of the filter inductor of the Buck three level converter reduces to 1/2 at least,the output voltage ripple reduces to 1/4 at least and achieves the minimum in the duty cycle D =0.5.With the same desired current and voltage ripple as the Buck converter,the required filter inductor in the Buck three-level converter reduces 1/2 at least and the filter capture 1/2 exactly,the maximum released energy of the output short circuit reduces,the intrinsically safe properties improve significantly.The simulation results in Saber and experimental results prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
