摘要
ZY3600/11/25型液压支架的连杆与底座连接处销轴在投产短时间的作业中发生断裂。采用挤压的理论分析、宏观观察、化学成分分析、非金属夹杂物检测、力学性能检验、硬度检测、金相组织分析、销轴径向应力对比分析等手段对销轴的断裂原因进行了综合分析。结果表明:失效销轴属于剪切断裂,表面淬火不合格是导致销轴断裂的主要原因。该分析结果为失效销轴的改进提供了可靠的依据。
The connecting rod and base joint pin shaft of ZY3600/11/25 hydraulic support were broken in short time production operation.The fracture cause of pin shaft was comprehensively analyzed by means of extrusion theory analysis,macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,non metallic detection,mechanics performance examination,hardness testing,metallographic structure analysis,pin radial stress contrast analysis.The result shows that failure pin shaft belongs to cut off,unqualified surface quenching is the main cause to the failure.The results of the analysis provide a strong basis for improving the unvalid pin shaft.
