摘要
某煤矿大型提升机减速机高速斜齿轮轴发生断裂,为找出断裂原因,采用ANSYS软件对斜齿轮轴进行静强度分析,得到其变形和应力分布情况,结合疲劳累计损伤理论法则和疲劳破坏的概念确定该轴的断裂原因是疲劳断裂。
A coal mine hauling engine reducer high-speed gear shaft fracture.In order to find fractured reasons,the static strength analysis of helical gear shaft were conducted by the finite element analysis software ANSYS,get the amount of deformation and stress distribution of helical gear shaft.On the basis of this result,based on fatigue cumulative damage theory and the concept of fatigue failure ensure it is fatigue fracture.
