摘要
以液压支架焊缝为研究对象,运用三维CAD软件SolidWorks建立液压支架的整机三维模型,并且在关键焊接结构件上添加不同形式的实体焊缝,最后在有限元软件ANSYS中建立相应的关键焊接结构件的有限元模型并对其进行模态分析,得到了液压支架理想的模态结果。
This article took the optimal design of hydraulic support welding seam as the object of study.Use CAD software SolidWorks to build three-dimensional of hydraulic support.And add various forms of entity weld to the critical structural member.Then establish key welded structural components in finite element software ANSYS and analyses its modal.And get a ideal hydraulic support modal result.
