摘要
在数控车床上加工抛物线内孔是一个难题,由偏置抛物线回转形成的孔结构加工难度更大。通过巧妙设计阶梯圆柱逼近法进行粗加工,微小线段逼近法进行精加工的方案,合理设置变量和走刀路线,有效解决了工艺难题。同时由于曲线的几何坐标系与工件坐标系不重合,在编程尺寸转换上需掌握方法,并合理编写宏程序。
