摘要
首先对轴向振动钻削情况下三区段的轴向力和扭矩进行分析,为理论计算提供参考;接着采用有限元成形软件Deform-3D对普通钻削和轴向振动钻削进行仿真,获取加工时的轴向力、扭矩的变化曲线,与普通钻削情况下的曲线做对比,得出轴向振动钻削情况下的轴向力及扭矩大幅降低,因而轴向振动钻削是改变切削效能的一种新颖的加工方法。
This passage provides the analysis of thrust force and torque for three segments in hole vibration drilling firstly,providing a reference for the theoretical calculation;Then ordinary drilling and axial vibration drilling are simulated by using the finite element software Deform-3D,getting the variation curve of the axial force and torque in the process of machining,compared with the curve in the ordinary drilling.After comparative analysis,the thrust force and torque in the case of axial vibration drilling are reduce substantially,and the axial vibration of drilling is a new processing method to change the cutting performance.
