摘要
ZZ3200/11/21型液压支架投用后,由于盘江支护条件的改变顶梁护帮板结构不能适应盘江煤层条件,液压系统反冲洗过滤器通液孔径很小,对水质要求极高,容易堵塞,致使支架无法正常工作,原ZZ3200/11/21型液压系统是本架操纵阀组操,安全系数比较低。支护高度可调整的高度比较小,针对盘江煤层生产工作条件,对顶梁和液压系统部分及支护高度进行了改造,改造后投入效果良好。
ZZ3200/11/21 hydraulic support is cast after using,as a result of Panjiang supporting condition change canopy guard board structure cannot adapt the Panjiang Coal seam conditions,hydraulic system backwashing filter liquid through the very small aperture,high request for water quality,easy blockage,the bracket can not work normally,the original ZZ3200/11/21 hydraulic system is the frame control valve group exercises,safety coefficient is relatively low.Support height adjustable height is relatively small,in panjiang coal production conditions,on a top beam and a part of the hydraulic system and the supporting height was reformed,after the transformation of investment effect is good.
