摘要
构建了基于物联网的智能感知平台与集中控制网络;研发了基于CAN总线的矿用带式输送机通信、保护系统与基于PLC的分布式矿用带式输送机远程监视、控制系统;实现带式输送机运行中的堆煤、跑偏、撕裂、超温、超速、烟雾、急停和断带等多种保护。系统可作为矿山带式输送机物联网逻辑子系统,无缝接入矿山物联网总网。
Smart sensing platform and centralized control network based on Internet of things are built.The belt conveyor communications and protection system based on CAN bus is developed.The distributed belt conveyor remote monitoring and control system based PLC is developed.Protection of coal stacker,deviation,tearing,over-temperature,over-speed,smoke,emergency stop and belt breaking are achieved.This system can be regard as mine belt conveyor logical subsystems of internet of things,and access seamlessly mine system of internet of things.
