摘要 为了能够提高桥式起重机的故障诊断准确率,深入地探究了粗糙集和混沌粒子群算法在其中的应用。分析了桥式起重机在工作过程中可能发生的主要故障及其产生原因;讨论了粗糙集的基本理论;分析了混沌粒子群算法的基本原理和流程;对桥式起重机进行故障诊断仿真分析,仿真结果表明该方法具有较高的故障诊断效率和诊断精度。 In order to improve the correctness of fault diagnosis for the overall traveling crane,the application of rough sets and chaos particle swarm algorithm on it was studied in depth.Firstly,the maybe fault and corresponding reasons of the overall traveling crane during the procession of work,and then the basic theory of the rough sets is discussed,and then the basic theory and procedure of chaos particle swarm algorithm are analyzed,and finally,the simulation analysis of the overall traveling crane is carried out,and simulation results show that this method has higher efficiency and precision of fault diagnosis.
