摘要
针对煤矿生产设备管理系统的信息化管理要求,结合煤矿生产设备特点,以设备状态为基础,设计了点检管理系统总体框架和功能模块,详细阐述了设备信息管理、备件管理、点检管理、状态管理以及维修管理模型选择和设计过程,进而构建了基于点检机制的煤矿生产设备管理系统。该系统采用基于Web的技术解决方案,以设备状态维修为中心,采用点检机制,实现煤矿设备维护的标准化、数字化、网络化和智能化,从而整合和优化维护资源,减少维修费用和提高煤矿生产的效率以及企业管理水平。
According to the requirements of information management for mine production equipments,this paper designs the framework and functional modules of spot-inspection management system based on equipment’s condition,which is combined with the characteristics of mine production equipment.It describes in detail the models’ selection and design including the managements of equipment information,spare parts,spot-inspection,configuration and maintenance,and then designs the management system of mine production equipments based on spot-inspection.This system can promote the standardization,digitalization,network and intelligentization of maintenance for mine equipments,which uses Web-based technology solution and spot-inspection with the status of equipment,in order to integrate and optimize the resources of maintenance,reduce the costs and improve the efficiency of coal production and management level.
