150例肾多发结石经皮肾镜超声碎石术后肾造瘘管的护理

Nephrostomy tube care in 150 patients with multiple renal calculi after percutaneous nephrolithotomy

总结了150例肾多发结石患者行经皮肾镜超声碎石术后留置肾造瘘管的护理。术后出现肾造瘘管内出血及拔管后尿血6例、肾造瘘管周围溢液及感染3例、双通道取石肾造瘘管引流量差异13例、肾造瘘管移位或脱落4例、肾造瘘管引流不畅2例,本组经过积极治疗和精心护理,均痊愈出院。认为术前全面评估患者的健康状况,术后严密观察患者病情变化,做好肾造瘘管护理及健康指导,认真观察并准确记录引流液的颜色、性质、量,建立造瘘管评估制度,发现异常及时报告并处理,有利于患者减轻痛苦,早日康复。

This paper summarizes the experience of nephrostomy tube care in 150 patients with multiple renal calculi after percutaneous nephrolithotomy. After operation occurred bleeding in the nephrostomy tube （6 cases）,exudate discharge and infection （3 eases）,volume change of drainage （13 cases）,shift or pull-out of nephrostomy tubes （4 cases） and inadequate drainage（2 cases）. All patients were discharged with recovery after treatment and nursing care. It is suggested that fully preo- perative assessment of patients＇ health status,postoperative monitoring of patients＇ conditions,proper nephrostomy tube care and patient education,observation and recording of the color,nature and volume of drainage,regular assessment of nephrostomy tubes,timely reporting and treatment of abnormities are key points to relieve patients＇ discomfort and promote recovery.
