Postoperative care of 10 children with transposition of the great arteries treated by left ventricular retraining

总结10例完全性大动脉转位患儿行左心室训练术的术后护理经验。术后主要并发症包括:低心排综合征、分流血管堵塞、肺部渗出、肺不张、肺部感染等。术后护理重点是严密监测和维护心功能,积极预防肺部感染,密切监测血氧饱和度及严格抗凝等。本组患儿均转出重症监护室,行二期大动脉调转术。

To summarizes the experience of postoperative care in 10 children with transposition of the great arteries treated by left ventricular retraining. The main postoperative complications included low cardiac output syndrome,pulmonary effusion, atelectasis and pulmonary infection. Postoperative care focused on intensive monitoring and maintenance of cardiac functions, blood gas parameters,prevention of pulmonary infections and proper anticoagulant therapy. All the children recovered and underwent the second stage operation successfully.
