摘要
漆酶是最简单的含铜多酚氧化酶,能溶于水,在不同的体系中特性各异。其反应体系主要包括水溶液反应体系、有机溶剂反应体系、微乳液体系、固定化体系以及在此基础上衍生出来的介导反应体系和协同反应体系等。漆酶的催化能力还受多方面因素的影响,如漆酶来源、缓冲体系、金属离子、抑制剂、温度、pH等因子的影响。
Laccase is the most simple copper containing polyphenol oxidase, soluble in water, showing diverse feature in different systems. The reaction system mainly includes aqueous reaction system, organic solvent system, microemulsion system, immobilized system and derived mediated reaction system. Laccase catalytic ability is influenced by many factors, such as the source of laccase, buffer system, metal ions, in- hibitors, temperature, pH and other factors.
