摘要
在前人工作的基础上,研究了将这些技术整合后具有多项选择功能的感应加热电源实验平台。为研究者提供了具有一定技术基础的开发平台,该平台集成了Buck斩波、移相PWM两种调功方式以及PID、模糊控制算法,操作人员可根据不同情况选择不同的控制方案,提高了装置的自动化和智能化水平。以TMS320F2812为核心,实现了驱动电路、电压电流检测调理电路、过流过压保护等。该实验平台减少了研究者的重复工作,可以提高研究效率,节省开发时间。
According to above research results,a comprehensive induction heating power supply research platform which integrated multiple selections is designed in this paper. It provides development platform with certain technology. This platform integrated Buck, PWM control modes and the PID,fuzzy control algorithms. Operators can choose control scheme in different situations,which improve the level of automatic and intelligence. This platform realize the peripheral signal processing circuit,drive circuit and the voltage protection circuit based on TMS320F2812. The experimental show it reduces repeated working, improving efficiency and saving development time.
