摘要
采用全桥移相软开关技术,系统地设计了一套高频直流开关电源,介绍了软启动电路、全桥逆变电路、可饱和电感、高频变压器。采用仿真研究的方法,计算了开关管的损耗,并优选开关管并联电容等参数。研究结果表明,采用软开关技术更有利于发展大功率直流电源。
A high frequency DC switching power supply is systematically designed based on the full- bridge phase-shifted soft-switching technology. Soft starting circuit, full bridge inverter, saturable inductor, high frequency transformer are described. The energy loss of switch tubes are estimated and parameters of parallel capacitor of switches are selected. It shows that the soft-switching technology is favorable for development of high-power DC power supply.
