We can only get the grape wine with high quality and special flavor in a certain area.To strengthen the protection of our origin grape wine productive place,can make a significant sense for standardizing Chinese grape wine market,improving the competition of our grape wine.Therefore we need to establish the ＂fingerprint＂ to identify the grape wine productive place and form the system of testing,so as to safeguard the rights and interests of the local grape wine.This article analyzed the identification factors of grape wine and its productive place,and the progress of research on the identify and protection of origin grape wine through technological skills.
