Identification of Two Strains by Biolog Automated Microbes Identification System

研究从大曲培养过程中分离纯化出1株酵母Y1和1株霉菌M1,经菌落特征观察和镜检后,利用Biolog微生物自动鉴定系统进行鉴定,确定其分别是Hyphopichia burtonii A和Rhizopus oryzae。

Biolog automated microbes identification system（Biolog System） was used to check one Yeast strain Y1 and one Mold strain M1,which were separated and purified from Daqu.Y1 was identified as Hyphopichia burtonii A,M1 was identified as Rhizopus oryzae.
