摘要
为了降低由于进气限流对发动机性能造成的影响,提高发动机充气效率,减少进气阻力,需要对赛车进气系统进行重新设计。文章利用CFD分析方法对赛车进气系统参数进行内流场优化仿真,选取20°入口锥角、7°出口锥角、315mm的进气总管、3L的稳压腔及80mm的进气歧管等参数,自制碳纤维进气系统。设计的赛车进气系统通过了发动机台架试验,实车比赛完成了所有比赛项目。经过CFD设计开发,提高了赛车的动力性、经济性和轻量化水平,对于指导大学生方程赛车进气系统开发具有一定的理论和实用价值。
In order to reduce the influence on the performance of the engine due to the inlet limitation, enhance the efficiency of gas charging, decrease the inlet resistance, redesigning the intake system is needed. Using CFD analysis method, the flow field inside and parameters from the intake system is optimized. Choosing 20° entrance angle, 7°exit angle, 315 mm length intake main header, 3 L stabilizing cavity, 80 mm length intake manifold and other parameters, carbon fiber reinforced composite is used to manufacture intake system. Intake system produced by carbon fiber reinforced composite completed the test in the rig, real racing car passed the all racing competition items. The racing car performance from the aspects of dynamics, economy and weight reduction is improved after development with CFD, it has practical and theoretical value for guiding graduate students to develop the intake system of FSC racing car.
