摘要 综合循环工况油耗比较真实地反映了汽车的实际使用油耗,它是否满足节能惠民补贴的油耗限值,对一个车型来说至关重要。文章基于AVL Cruise软件,对某型轿车在综合循环工况下的油耗进行计算,采取换装6MT变速箱和低滚阻轮胎以及增加发动机启停系统的措施,使该车型的综合油耗降低至5.9L/100km,满足了节能惠民补贴要求(≤6.0L/100km)。借助AVL Cruise软件,在汽车设计阶段计算出综合循环工况油耗,可以尽早地发现问题,并将问题在设计阶段予以解决。 Fuel consumption combined cycle mode reflects passenger car real fuel consumption accurately, whether is satisfied with limit value stipulated in national energy-saving allowance policy, is very important for developing a new model. Based on AVL Cruise, calculating the fuel consumption for a certain model in combined cycle mode is introduced in this paper. Using 6MT, low rolling resistance tires and adding stop-start system in this model allow the value of fuel consumption to reducing to 5.9 L/100 km, which meets the requirements stipulated in national energy-saving allowance (≤6.0 L/100 km). Based on AVL Cruise, calculating fuel consumption in combined cycle mode during the phase of passenger car development can find the problems as earlier as possible, and these problems have been solved at design stage.
