摘要 为解决国产某轿车在研发过程中出现的在低挡、低速及急加速时整车出现的横向摆振问题,文章利用故障树分析(FTA)工具,通过试验分析和综合评价,确认导致汽车出现横向摆振的主要因素是驱动轴的使用角度过大。经过3种优化方案验证:驱动轴的使用角度超过9°会导致整车出现严重的横向摆振现象,在7.5°左右时会导致整车出现轻微的横向摆振现象,小于5°时整车不会出现横向摆振现象。 In order to solve the problem which the whole car creates shimmy motion in the case of low gear, low speed and quickly accelerating during a domestic-made car development, the main factors which leading the car to arise shimmy motion is concluded that the angle of drive shaft is rotated more larger after carrying out test analysis and compressive evaluation with FTA. Three optimization methods have proven that rotating angle of drive shaft over 9° can cause the whole car shimmying severely. the angle of drive shaft over 7° can lead the whole car to shimmy slighdy, and the car can not create the phenomenon of shimmy under the condition of the angle of drive shaft less 5°.
