祛瘀补肾法治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血临床观察

Clinical Effect of Blood Stasis-removing and Kidney-tonifying Therapy in Treatment of Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的观察祛瘀补肾法治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法将120例青春期功能失调性子宫出血肾虚血瘀型患者随机分为两组,分别采用补肾活血中药和西药性激素进行治疗,并比较两组疗效。结果中药组在临床综合疗效、近期止血疗效和症状疗效(阴道流血量、腰膝酸软)方面显著优于西药组(P<0.05,或P<0.01);中药组复发率显著低于西药组(P<0.01)。结论祛瘀补肾法治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of blood stasis-removing and kidney-tonifying therapy in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 120 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding who had deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis were randomly divided into two group to receive kidney-tonifying and blood circulation-activating traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） or Western medicine （sex hormone）. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the Western medicine group, the TCM group had a significantly better overall outcome, a significantly more short-term reduction in bleeding, and significantly more improvement in symptoms （volume of blood from the vagina and soreness and weakness of waist and knees） （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） ; also, the TCM group had a significantly lower recurrence rate （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Blood stasisremoving and kidney-tonifying therapy has good clinical effect in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
