摘要
在现有车载天线倒伏装置的基础上进行结构改进,使之适应控制系统的各项要求,实现产品的数字化控制。该倒伏装置的天线托盘由齿轮带动,齿轮与减速器相连,同时配合电气控制系统,实现提高定位精度、提高使用效率、降低故障率的目标。
Structure improvement was made on the basis of existing position control equipment of on-vehicle antenna, to suit the requirements of the control system and to realize digital control. Antenna tray of the device was driven by gears, gear was attached with speed reducer, electrical control system was assisted, so the targets of improving the positioning accuracy, improving efficiency, reducing failure rate were realized.
