摘要
分析了钢轨道岔扭转装置的工作原理,根据其工作原理利用CATIA软件建立了钢轨扭转加工装置的简化模型。对简化模型进行了有限元分析,从而确定了钢轨扭转装置的重要部件结构及尺寸,并对整个装置进行装配设计。
The working principle of the rail twisting equipment was analyzed. According to its working principle, the simple model of the rail twisting equipment was created by CATIA. Then finite element analysis (FEA) for the equipment was made. The important parts of the equipment were defined according to the results of FEA. Assembly design to the whole equipment was accom-plished.
