H1F数控冲床惰轮式模内自动排废机构的设计和开发

摘要 针对H1F数控冲床在生产过程中产生的大量废料未有效实现自动排废问题,采用NX软件设计和开发惰轮式模内自动排废料机构。通过实验比较,对排废料机构的设计参数进行优化,并对整个设计进行效益评估。结果表明:惰轮式模内自动排废料机构能达到高效能、自动化、冲床通用性良好、使用寿命长、排废料效果好、节能环保等设计目标。 Aiming at the problem that a great deal of waste was not automatically exhausted during the production process of H1F CNC punch press, an in-mold automatic exhaust mechanism with idle wheel was designed and developed using NX software. Through experiments, the design parameters of the exhaust mechanism were optimized, and the benefit of the whole design was evaluated. The results indicate that using this mechanism, the goals including high efficiency, automation, favorable commonality of the punch press, long service time, good exhaust and environment protection, are realized.
