摘要
针对目前国内外非开挖市政道路钻孔施工存在的问题,综合应用金属切削原理与刀具技术、气动机器人技术及气力输送技术等,提出一种新型小型非开挖市政道路施工钻孔机器人的设计方案,其目的在于解决当前我国大多数非开挖钻孔设备在市政道路施工过程中存在的泥水难以分离从而对环境造成污染以及施工占地面积大的问题。
Aiming at the problems in trenchless drilling construction of municipal roads both at home and abroad, a design scheme for a new type of small-sized robots used for trenchless construction of municipal roads was put forward based on metal cutting principle and tools technology, pneumatic robot technology and pneumatic conveying technology etc. The purpose is resolving those problems, such as slurry separation, environment pollution and large area accounted for construction, which are commonly found in the trenchless drilling construction of municipal roads because of using those drilling devices in our country currently.
