摘要
喷嘴挡板式电液压力电液伺服阀是目前防滑刹车系统中运用最普遍的一种两级压力控制伺服阀。为提高其抗污染能力,研制出一种射流管式电液压力伺服阀。比较了两种阀的结构、工作原理及特点,并对射流管式压力伺服阀在防滑刹车系统中应用进行了验证,为射流管技术在压力伺服阀中应用提供了参考依据。
The flapper-nozzle type electrohydraulic pressure servo valve is a kind of two stage pressure control servo-valve most commonly used in anti-skid brake system, In order to improve its capability of anti-contamination, a jet pipe type electrohydraulic pressure servo valve was researched and developed. From their structure, operational principle and characteristics, the two kinds of valves were compared. Moreover, the application of jet pipe pressure servo valve has been validated in anti-skid brake system. All these provide reference basis for the application of jet pipe technology on pressure servo valve.
