摘要 对同步碎石封层设备沥青洒布横向不均匀现象的成因与影响因素进行了深入分析。通过运用现行喷洒重叠理论,并结合工程实例分析了喷洒均匀度的影响因素,设计了对沥青洒布管的高度进行智能控制的电控液压系统装置,通过对喷洒管高度的调节来更好地控制沥青洒布的均匀度,从而更好地增强路面性能。 The cause and the factors affecting of the phenomenon which Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment sprays the asphalt uneven horizontally are analyzed in-depth. By exercising the present theory of spraying overlap, and analyzing the influence factors of spraying uniformity combined with engineering example, the hydraulic system and electrical system to control the height of the asphalt spraying device intelligently were designed. By adjusting the height of the asphalt spraying device to better control the evenness of the asphalt sprayed, so that the pavement performance will be better.
