物料流量调节阀的特性研究

Study on Characteristics of the Regulating Valve Used in Material Discharge System

摘要 对气力输送系统中物料流量调节阀的内部流场进行仿真计算,研究阀在不同工况下的特性,给出可视化结果,并对调节阀阀芯所受的不平衡力进行了研究,为阀的性能优化以及气力输送系统控制装置部分的设置提供了依据。 The regulating valve of the pneumatic conveying system was simulated. The characteristics of the valve and the imbal-ance force on the valve cone were analyzed. The visualization results were given. The study offers basis for optimizing the performance of the valve and setting up the control unit of the pneumatic conveying system.
