摘要 针对磨球自动生产线上磨球的自动浇注要求,采用三维设计软件Pro/Engineer设计出自动倾转浇注机的虚拟样机,并分析了自动倾转浇注机的工作原理;倾转液压缸位置对整个浇注过程驱动力矩的变化及液压缸所承受支撑力的大小有决定性影响,通过3种不同方案的比较,合理地确定了倾转液压缸安装位置;根据浇注机的工艺要求设计了液压系统,并对其组成和工作原理进行了分析;基于AMESIM软件,对倾转液压缸双缸在不同载荷时压力、流量和位移的变化进行了仿真分析,根据分析结果提出了优化措施。该液压系统结构简单、工作可靠、安全性能好。 Aiming at the automatic casting requirements of grinding balls on the grinding ball automatic production line, the virtu-al prototype of the automatic tilting revolving casting machine was designed by 3D software Pro/Engineer, and the working principles of the automatic tilting revolving casting machine was analyzed. A decisive influence on the driving moment's variation during the whole casting process and size of supporting force of the hydraulic cylinder were made by the position of the tilting revolving hydraulic cylin- der. By comparing the three different schemes, the fixing position of the tilting revolving hydraulic cylinder was rationally determined. The hydraulic system was designed according to the technical requirements of the casting machine, and its composition and working principle was analyzed. Based on the software AMESim, the variations of pressure, flow and displacement of the tilting revolving hy-draulic cylinder's double cylinder were simulated under different loads, and an optimized measure was proposed according to the simula-tion result. The hydraulic system has a simple structure, but works reliably and safely.
