摘要
液压变桨相对于电动变桨具有响应快、变桨平稳、安全可靠等优点,在兆瓦级风力发电机组被普遍采用。针对液压系统国产化过程中所面临的问题,从我国大部分风场特有的气候条件和使用特点出发,提出了液压系统国产化的技术参数、元件材料选型要求和设计计算方法,研制出一套具有自主知识产权的风力发电机组变桨液压系统,并通过了风场的实际使用考核。
As compared with electric pitch, hydraulic pitch having the merits of fast response, stable pitch, safe and reliable, which is generally used in the megawatt-class wind power generator. Aiming at the problems faced by the localization process of the hy- draulic system, considering the unique climatic conditions and use characteristics in the most of wind farms in China, the localization of technical parameters of the hydraulic system and selection requirements for component materials and design calculation methods were put forward. The hydraulic system for wind turbine pitch with independent intellectual property rights is developed, and is passed the assessment of actual use in the wind farm.
