摘要
自卸车采用直推式举升机构,根据安息角确定汽车车厢最大举升角可在50°~60°之间选取;对每节伸缩油缸将要伸出时的工况进行受力分析,确定举升机构的举升力矩与阻力矩之比,然后计算伸缩油缸总节数N和伸缩油缸的直径,并推导出各节伸缩油缸直径的计算公式。
As the dump truck using transductive lifting mechanism, the maximum demotion angle of auto car cabin was deter-mined between 50°- 60°according to rest angle. The working stress to every node of telescopic cylinder which would be stretched out was analyzed to determine the ratio of lifting torque and drag torque of lifting mechanism. Then the total node number and diameter of telescopic cylinder were calculated, and the calculation formula for diameter of each node of telescopic cylinder was deduced.
