摘要
针对专用的龙门加载机构,提出电动推杆同步控制方案,采用双编码器半闭环控制方式、直线插补、同步超差三重冗余软件保护控制、硬件超差保护实现了加载过程的同步控制与高可靠性运行,运用混合方式回零解决了双驱动高精度同步回零问题。
The synchronization control project for electric actuator of specifically elevating mechanism was put forward. The methods, including dual-coder half-closed loop controlling mode, line interpolation, redundancy soft design of limiting synchroniza- tion error, hardware design of protecting, were used to realize synchronization control and reliable running during loading. Dual driv-ing high precision synchronization homing problem was solved via mixed homing way.
