基于单片机的定日镜阵列聚焦控制系统设计

摘要 针对塔式太阳能热发电系统中定日镜阵列聚焦控制系统,进行了系统方案设计;经比较,选取了基于RS485接口的ModbusRTU协议的两层网络通信方式,总站控制计算机和中转站均采用广播方式与各自从站通信,总控计算机仅需定时发送时间同步信号和镜场调度控制信号,其数据量不大,满足实时控制要求;每个节点的单片机根据当前日期时间、所处经纬度、节点相对塔方位角、塔高和节点至塔垂直距离等计算高度角和方位角,从而控制两台步进电机实现镜片对阳光的聚焦;并给出了该系统的实施要点。整个系统符合低成本、多节点定日镜的控制要求。 The design of whole scheme of heliostat array concentrating control system in the solar power tower plant was intro-duced. The two-layer-net communication mode based on ModbusRTU protocol and RS485 interface was selected. The main control PC broadcast the date and time synchronization data to transfer stations, and every transfer station broadcast the same data to all the nodes in the same way. The data volume of this communication is small so as to meet the real-time control requirement. The MCU in every node control two stepper motors to adjust the heliostat posture to concentrate the solar light according to the current date and time, the node longitude and latitude, the node azimuth to the tower, the height of tower and the distance between the node and tower. The main realization points were proposed finally. This control system can match the lower cost and multi-nodes heliostat control.
