摘要
针对CKA6136系列卧式数控机床布线密集,调试时间长,性能不稳定等问题,将CAN总线技术运用到该数控机床的电气控制中,制作一种数控机床用CAN远程信号采集模块,其主站和从站组成独立采集系统进行数据映射并打包给PLC,取代控制线,解决上述问题。
Aiming at the following problems on the CKA6136 horizontal numerical control (NC) machine tool such as wiring density, longer debugging time, unstable performance and so on, applied CAN bus technology to the NC machine tool electric control system, a CAN remote signal acquisition module used for NC machine tool was produced. Through its Master and Slave stations formed an independent collection system to process data mapping and sending packages to the PLC, the control line is replaced, and the prob- lems as the top are solved.
