摘要
初步研究了分散剂、增稠剂对实验室自制的40%戊唑.多菌灵悬浮剂粒子大小、粒度分布、析水率及悬浮率的影响,从而确定其种类及用量。实验结果表明:采用4.5%TERSPERSE 2208和1.0%硅酸镁铝分别作为40%戊唑.多菌灵悬浮剂的分散剂和增稠剂时,悬浮液性能良好,各项指标符合悬浮剂的要求,且随着热贮时间的延长,悬浮剂中位径无明显变化,跨距增大的幅度较小,悬浮率降低的幅度亦较小。
The impacts of dispersants and thickeners on the particle sizes, particle size distributions, water released rates and suspensibilities were studied preliminarily in tebuconazole+carbendazim 40% SC, which was developed in the laboratory. The test results showed that all specifications conformed to the requirements of SC, when TERSPERSE 2208 4.5% and magnesium silicate aluminum 1.0% were used as dispersant and thickener, respectively. With the time of thermal storage prolonging, the median-particle-sizes showed little change, the particle spans had a smaller increase trend, and the suspensibilities also had a smaller decrease trend.
