摘要 目的 :本文探讨感觉运动区占位性病变术前、术中定位方法 ,并介绍手术操作技巧。方法 :本组病例 40例 ,术有均行 CT和 /或 MRI检查。术前、术中应用本文介绍的方法进行定位。术后随访 3月 ,对比术前和术后病人的感觉运动功能及言语功能。结果 :本组 40例病人 ,术前有功能受损的共 2 8例 (70 % ) ,术后这一数字降为 2 0(5 0 % ) ,术前无功能受损的共 12例 (30 % ) ,术后为 2 0例 (5 0 % )。结论 :感觉运动区占位性病变的手术的切除依赖于精确的术前、术中定位和手术操作技巧。 Objective:This paper describe our experience with the surgery of sensory motor region,localization method,the intraoperative localization of motor cortex as well as the surgical technigue for removal of space occupying lesions of this region.Method:In forty consecutive patients with intraoperative mapping of sensori motor cortex to lesion removal,the result of surgery was carefully examined.The follow up examination was performed 3 month later.Result:Preoperatively 12 patients had no neurological defict and this number increased untill the follow up examination to 20,the unmber of patients exihiting verying degree of defict decreased from 28 to 20.No patients has died. Conclusion:Successful surgery of the sensori motor region requires precise pre and intraoperative localization of the sensori motor region and skillful operative technique.
