摘要
组织公民行为和领导成员交换质量是组织行为学的重要研究领域。在现有相关研究的基础上,利用定量研究方法,分析了高校教师组织公民行为和领导成员交换质量的现状,并就二者的关系建立了结构方程模型,指出组织公民行为和领导成员交换质量不存在直接关系,而工作满意度是二者关系的重要中介变量。
Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) and Leader-Member Exchange quality(LMX) are the most important topics in organizational behavior. Based on the existing studies and qualitative research methods, this pa- per analyzes the status quo of OCB and LMX in university faculties; and proposes a structural equation model for those two concepts. It concludes that there is no direct relationship between OCB and LMX and that job satisfaction is a vital mediating variable.
