摘要 土地资源管理专业采取的是"大统一"的人才培养模式,即统一培养方案、统一课程设置、统一教学计划、统一教学方式、统一考核标准。"大统一"的人才培养模式有利于学校的教学组织管理,提高教学管理效率,但却忽视了学生个体的差异性和社会需求的多元性,无法满足学生和社会的需求。为此,要构建"以学生个性发展为中心,以社会需求为导向"的差异化人才培养模式,对学生实行分阶段、分类型培养,个性化指导,弹性制教学,双专业学习,多能力培养。 Land resources management specialty takes "Grand unification " talent cultivation mode, that is, unify training pro- grammers,curricula setting, teaching plan, teaching methods and assessment criteria. Although the "Grand unification" contrib- utes to school's teaching organization and management to talent cultivation mode and improves the teaching management effi- ciency, it ignores the needs of the students" individual differences and social diversity and fails to meet the needs of students and the community. Therefore, "focus on students" personality development, the social demand -- oriented " diversity of talents culti- vation mode should be built to cultivate students by carrying out phases and type classification, personalized guidance, flexible teaching,dual professional studies and a number of abilities.
