创业型电子商务综合实训基地建设的思考与实践——以南宁职业技术学院为例

Thinking and Practice of the Construction of Entrepreneurial Electronic Commerce Comprehensive Training Base——Taking Nanning College for Vocational Technology as an Example

研究创业型电子商务实训基地建设对创业型电子商务人才培养具有十分重要的意义。文章提出应从网络创业人才培养基地、开放与共享型的创业中心、中小企业电子商务培训中心这三个层次来进行实训基地的建设定位,并在深入分析创业型电子商务基地建设存在问题的基础上,以案例呈现的方式提出引进企业先进文化建设完善创业软件环境和硬件条件、以校企共建为抓手建设网络创业孵化基地、内培外引建设创业型教学团队等解决的对策,为"产、学、研、创"四位一体实训基地的建设研究提供较好的借鉴。

Research on the construction of entrepreneurial e--commerce training base has a very important significance for the entrepreneurial e--commerce personnel training. This article presents the torientation of the traning base should position from the following three aspects：Network of entrepreneurial talent training base;Open and sharing business center; small and medi- um- sized enterprise electronic commerce training center. Based on analysing the problem of the construction of entrepreneurial e--commerce base,this article put forward the countermeasures in three aspects：Introducting advanced corporate culture to im- prove the software environment and hardware conditions Building the network business incubation base by school--enterprise cooperation;Forming an innovative teaching team by teacher training and the appointment of experts.
