摘要
永磁驱动器依靠铜转子产生的涡流来实现力的传递,同时涡流导致的涡流损耗会使铜转子发热,降低传递效率.根据电磁学基本公式和磁路设计参数对铜转子的涡流损耗进行了理论分析,并与实测结果进行了对比.结果表明:合理选择铜转子参数,可以有效控制涡流损失的大小,为下一步热源优化和散热技术研究打下基础.
Permanent magnetic drivers achieved the force transmission relying on the eddy current generated by the copper rotor, and the eddy current loss causing by the eddy currents made the copper rotor heat and reduced the transmission efficiency. In this article, the eddy current loss of copper rotor was analyzed theoretically based on the electromagnetism formula and magnetic circuit design parameters and compared with the measured results. The results show that the eddy current losses can be controlled effectively by reasonable choice parameters of the copper rotor, which provides the foundation for the heat source optimization and cooling technology research.
