On One Hundred Years of Solitude and the Mysticism in Jia Pingwa's Novel

马尔克斯《百年孤独》传入中国之后,在中国掀起了一场魔幻现实主义的热潮。贾平凹借鉴《百年孤独》,把神秘主义作为其小说创作的重要内容。贾平凹不是单纯的模仿,而是与中国传统文化和商州本土文化相结合,创造出自身独特的文学风格。然而贾平凹小说过度的神秘化,有时显得牵强生硬,损害了文本的艺术性。

When Marquez＇s novel One Hundred Years of Solitude was introduced into China,one craze of magical realism was stirred in China. Jia Pingwa has learned a lot from One Hundred Years of Solitude, and re- garded magical realism as the important content of novel creation. However,he didnt simply imitate Marquez＇s writing style, but combined it with Chinese traditional culture and Shangzhou local culture, and then created his own unique literature style. Nevertheless, mysticism of Jia＇s novel seems to be too much, sometimes showing rig- idness, and thus damaging the art of text.
