喷施光合细菌液对中棉50种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以中棉50为材料,采用不同浓度的光合细菌菌液及不同的处理时间喷施,通过对其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、电导率、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、根系活力及幼苗中CAT活性、POD活性、根系活力等相关指标的测定分析,探讨光合细菌对棉花种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。试验结果表明,喷施不同浓度光合细菌菌液和不同时间处理对棉花生长发育有着一定的影响,而喷施稀释10倍的光合细菌菌液显著提高了棉花的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、CAT活性、POD活性及根系活力,并显著降低了其电导率,且在幼苗出土30 d喷施显著提高了幼苗体内的CAT活性、POD活性及根系活力。因此,在棉花出苗30 d之后喷施稀释10倍的光合细菌菌液效果最佳。 Used Zhongmian 50 as material ,the experiment was carried out to study the effect of germination and seedling growth after spraying different concentrations of photosynthetic bacteria broth and different processing times,by determinating and analyzing the cotton germination rate, germination potential, germination index, conductivity, CAT activity,POD activity and the root activity. The resuhs showed that the effects on different concentrations of photosynthetic bacteria broth and different time treatments on cotton germination and seedling growth had a certain effect. Among all the treatments,spraying 10 times dilution of photosynthetic bacteria broth significantly increased cotton germination rate,germination potential, germination index,CAT activity,POD activity and root activity and significantly reduced the conductivity. And the results also showed that spraying after the emergence of seedlings for 30 days significantly increased the CAT activity ,POD activity and root activity. Therefore ,the effect of spraying 10 times dilution of photosynthetic bacteria broth after the emergence of seedlings for 30 days was best.
